Refund Process

- Provide clear photos/videos of the item showing the defect or issue.
- Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions.
- After we receive and inspect the returned item, the refund will be processed within 7 working days.
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method:
- bKash / Nagad / Rocket – directly to the sender’s number.
- Bank Transfer – to the bank account you provide.
- Cash on Delivery orders – refunded via bKash/Nagad after return.
