Payments

  • We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD), bKash, Nagad, and Rocket payments.
  • For advance payments, please keep your transaction ID safe until delivery.

Delivery

  • Delivery time is usually 1–7 business days, depending on location and product availability.
  • Delivery charges may apply and will be confirmed before finalizing your order.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Products can be returned or exchanged only if they are unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
  • Return requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after verifying the returned product.
